Xperia E c 1504 won't turn on

there is no sony service center in my country so i am posting here now : when i turn the mobile on,it only shows startup colourful application and is not turning on fully . please help

Charge the phone for 1-2 hours,repair software with sony update service.

companion cannot recognise the phone,because it is not turning on
