XZ screen doesn't automatically turn off if you leave a game opened.

So this happened to me alot,I play a game then i fall asleep and wake up after like 5 hours to find the game still on and the battery has been drained to 3% or lower, the screen is set to turn off after 2 min of inactivity???

Yeah, most phones do this, same with media apps too.

Perfectly normal behaviour. Switch your screen off manually in these circumstances.

Well that must be normal with sony's devices as that has never happened to me using other devices before the xz the  screen always turn itself off if i stopped touching it for the giving time, thanks anyway.

I don't have experience with all the Android brands but my iPhone was the same, any films/games on the screen and it stayed on. My Samsung tablet does the same thing, as does my XZ.

All phones do this unless the "prevent phone from sleeping" permission is not coded in the game, it's been a standard android feature since very early in android.

Z1, NOTE3, NOTE5, NOTE10. 1 i used all these i still have the note 5 Screen always turn off if i don't touch even there was a meme back in the days when everyone was playing clash of clans, where people used to take the phone even in the shower and keep touching the screen so it won't turn off and they won't get attacked now if u have played  that u will remember , however you say it's normal ☺️then it's normal we're going backwards.

Again, it's in the game coding..

Eg pokemon go will turn off display, angry birds won't.

They have different permissions for sleeping.
