3D Support - Bravia 55X9005C

Hi, I'm a new owner of the above tv but struggling to get 3D working. My previous experience of LG passive 3D was simply switch any input - 3D source or 2D conversion by simply selecting 3D mode on TV.

Im aware that there's an option in menu to switch 3D on but my problem is that when I'm steamling 3D source via android TV that 3D option is no longer available. So, how do I watch a 3D film? USB only? I've no 3D BluRay player as prefer streaming.

i can find user manual guidance on 3D either. 

Would really appreciate your advice.

Hi there

Simulated 3D (2D to 3D conversion) is not available on this tv.

I havent tested 3D via USB, but when watching a 3D SBS youtube clip, if i press the [Action Menu] button on the remote control, the 3D options appear - with the ability to turn it on.
