Sony Winter 2022 cashback Issue

Purchased two lenses included from the recent promotion (135GM and 14GM). Waited the 30 days and successfully applied for the cashback via the portal with emails received stating payment within 28 days. 

Surprise surprise, over 28 days later and no payment received...

Couple of days over at present - have been looking for a UK contact number, but Sony make that impossible it seems
