Can't open photos, videos and apps

I transferred my photos, videos and some apps to my sd card because my internal storage was full and the phone suggested it to transfer. But when I check the files all of them cannot open anymore. I transferred it again to the internal storage and still won't open.

That seems that you have a corrupted SD card, but do elaborate.

Can i still retrieve my files?

If they are corrupted hardly likely, but you can test the SD card with a different phone or computer.

When I checked it on my computer it still the same. I cant open the photos and videos.

You could try to use RECUVA on your computer to try restore them
