I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

You can also try to reset your app preferences, to do so, go to: Settings > Apps > Tap ... > Reset app preferences.

I suggest using a static wallpaper, it improves battery life and overall performance. 

The solution is below/above. Try resetting.
