even after inserting the second sim in sim slot ..it is not being detected by the phone .
which type of problem is this ?
even after resetting the phone , this problem is not resolved ..
but while removing the sim from sim slot in Phone ON condition , it says removing sim so switch off the phone .
it gives some sense that slot 2 might be in working condition.

First of all I suggest that you try with a different SIM cards. If you still experience problem you repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
If the problem still persist after a software repair, you should have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support team for more information:
