We are very greatful for all your feedback and we are working on camera improvements for an upcoming software release.
Thanks for the long waiting response, we hope that you appreciate our feedback.
Can you give us more details about that "upcoming software release" or you don't know anything yet?
Thanks again.
I don't have any details about it at the moment i'm afraid. I have been forwarding your feedback in this thread internally and i just got the news that based on this feedback, there will be improvements made in a new software update.
If i get more information i will of course let you know.
Its feel good to hear this....
Hop they will launch this update ASAP... cause its alredy been 3 months....
Once again thanks for the not so fast responding, and we are waiting future news.
Well, at least we now know something more concrete, that an update is coming in the future! Hopefully the camera won't be the only issue that is going to get fixed, as some of them appear even more serious, especially the GPS and battery issues (although some people reported improved battery life I couldn't say the same in my case, even after a clean install/PC companion repair), and other issues as well.
But at least we haven't been abandoned, hopefully the stagefright fix is coming as well. Although I won't jump right into updating my phone immediately after this update gets released, I'll wait for some user feedback first - I don't want to mess up my phone, and I don't want to then have to revert to KitKat and have to do all the settings all over again...
Thank you for the info Rickard, hopefully more news are to follow soon
Regarding the GPS, we have found the cause for this and are working to solve this as well.
Great news, we're looking forward to it.
