M5 Dual - Bluetooth Share has Stopped Error after Marshmallow Update

Hi

As what the title said, i am having problem on my bluetooth.

I cannot turn it on, it will always say "Unfortunately, Bluetooth share has stopped"

This was after updating from 5.1 to 6.0.

Any way to resolve this?

Hi All,

From several days of research still did not found solution for the issue.

I did, from what i said, the last resort, software repair, IT DID FIX the problem.

How sad that i need to restore all my apps and data etc.

does this happen when you are in safe mode?

since you recently updated you can try software repair using Xperia Companion

Had tried it on safe mode. The issue still persists, still won't let me turn on the bluetooth.

I wish repair should be the last resort,  since it would reset the device and would take time for me to backup all my important files.

But repair is your last bet before, eventually, have to contact local support to have the device inspected.

Take a deep breath, do a backup and repair your device with XC.

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one

This is so annoying

The m5 uses a mediatek chipset and require more time to fully charge battery however the main problem is the charger included with the devices. You can buy fast chargers compatible with pump express or USB charger with more A/h.
