M5 dual not booting

While using flash light to attend flat tyre of my car a call came and the phone got hang.After several blinks the phone got switch off,then onwards it is not getting on.While charging no charging indication light is visible only some heat generated

Hi @jeetme,

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend that you try and force restart your device. You can do so by holding down the volume up button and on/of simultaneously for 120 seconds. Then try starting your device as normal.

If the behavior still persist i would recommend that you try and charge your device for at least 30 minutes then try powering it back on. Also try to temporarily remove and SD- and SIM-card from your device as they may be causing this behavior.
