MXTP created problems for me.

I recently bought me the xperia M4 aqua dual and configured the Myxperia service on the device. After day 3 I restarted the M4.

As the M4 was started up the MXTP gave me the lockdown screen with the verify, wifi settings and emergency call options on it. So as I wanted to unlock my device i pressed the verify button and a log in screen for my google account appears. I use my google account on all kinds of different devices so I logged in. But here someting goes wrong.

When I typed in the username and password to verify it is my M4 it gave me a loading icon for 2 seconds and then it says "incorrect username and/or password" and my M4 stays locked. To double check if my password and username are correct i logged in to another adroid device and my laptop with no problems. So now I'm stuck with a brand new non working xperia M4 and my hope for a good working security system is all lost.

Hi,

Today my xperia M4 aqua stoped working so I decided to restart my device. As usually "my xperia" app asked me for my google acount and my password, I enter them and it says those are not my credencials. I verified my ID and password in Google, and they are exactly the same I enter in the phone but still it wont let me get acces to the phone. I have tryed to disable the app from my PC companion, I also reboot the device, trayed to disable the app from my google acount in my PC but nothing helps.What should I do?

my Xperia Z3+ has the same problem, remote erase from my xperia webpage, the phone data is wiped but not working still with my google auth. I'm totally fked up right now.

I have a Xperia Z3 Plus Dual. After I do a master reset I got stuck in this PROTECTION page. I have done all methods in this topic but I still have this problem!

My M4 has protected after updating and don't unlock when i enter my gmail and password. While i can sign in with that ID in myxperia.sonymobile.com . What can i do?

additionally, my friend has C4 and has this problem too.

II tried to repair my phone with pc companion. I also flashed two different version of stock rom with flashtool but the problem still exists. Completely hopeless...

I GOT MY PHONE UNLOCKED JUST LAST NIGHT ACCIDENTALLY AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEKS THAT IT WAS UNDER LOCKED DOWN MODE. SO RELIEVED THAT I DON'T NEED TO BRING IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER.
