No Google services after the phone was repaired

My m4 aqua was not charging.. There was some problem with my charging socket therefore, I gave my phone for repair.. I got my phone yesterday,but it was not having any Google service(no Google search engine,no play store no Gmail)which doesn't allow me to download any basic apps also. I talked to the customer care and checked if my app is not disabled in settings but it was not there at all. I did factory reset nothing happened.. Finally I connected my phone to laptop and with the help of Sony companion I did software repair. Still no output... What to do.. Frustrated now

Hi @khush2990, I'm so sorry to hear about this.

Did you have the Google applications (Google Play store, Google Play services and so on) prior to the phone being sent in to be repaired?

If you did, I'm afraid the phone has to be sent in to an authorized service centre again. I'd recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can assist you with having the phone sent in again.

Hi everyone,

I can't connect to my google account, i don't know why. When I try to add an account, I enter my email and my password until there everything is OK but when i connect to google, the window of google closes. This problem came when i've restore my phone.

I badly need help. My phone died while I was in the office. When I charged it and opened it, I lost all the apps. I half-heartedly did a master reset.

After doing the master reset, I can no longer log in to all Google apps. It says "Just a sec" Will ask for my email and password and then will go to the homescreen. Desktop version is working. The apps aren't. Please help me.

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion, make sure to use the google account previously added on that device

My phone having problem with internet signal.. Before this my 3g signal has problem.. So its dont have connection.. After i keep rebooting and change the mobile data setting its change to hplus and 3g signal never change or gone.. And then i tried to format.. After done format the phone.. As usual we need to insert backup googl email.. And i fill it needed.. And after the last part to confirm.. Its like cannot to login.. Or nothing happen and i keep insert my gmail address and password again and again.. Something wrong happen with my sony xperia m4.. So how to fix it? Help me please!!!

I did factory reset to the phone becaus emy cousin give it to me as gift so in order clean up he phone i proceed to do a factory reset from the settings option when start again all normal but when asked to login my google account wont let me just ask my email and password then window just close and nothing happend i have tried login and differents but the same , I really aprecciate any help
