No Google services after the phone was repaired

My m4 aqua was not charging.. There was some problem with my charging socket therefore, I gave my phone for repair.. I got my phone yesterday,but it was not having any Google service(no Google search engine,no play store no Gmail)which doesn't allow me to download any basic apps also. I talked to the customer care and checked if my app is not disabled in settings but it was not there at all. I did factory reset nothing happened.. Finally I connected my phone to laptop and with the help of Sony companion I did software repair. Still no output... What to do.. Frustrated now

Yes I do, and it did not work either. I just need to know if this issue will be fixed. I guess everyone in this post needs to a solution.

You might want to contact Google on this issue.

Have you checked other posts from other people with the same issue? This is not a problem with Google, it's Xperia, you cannot blame on another company. I can access my account anywhere else but on my Xperia M4, so, you still think I have to contact Google?

AFTER PUTTING MY XPERIA AX THOUGH A SOFTWEAR REPAIR I CANT NOW LOGO IN TO MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT BUT CAN ON MY COMPUTER HAS ANYONE ELSE FOUND OUT HOW TO RECTIFI THIS OR DO I NEED TO SEND OFF TO SONY TO UNLOCK IT

I went to China last year. When I tried to connect with wifi the most of the service on my phone is not working even the internet surfing is not working. Also, most of chinese mobile service sim is not workable in this phone. Can you please tell me how I can use this phone in China smoothly.

For the solution I did factory reset to my phone it asked me to put gmail account sign in and in China GOOGLE service is blocked.

Can any one help me on this issue?

If i'm not wrong China blocking Google service. It's not secret that China is communist country and everything controlling even internet, free word and ect. So it's can be reason why you can't connect with google. About phone, i'm not sure, but maybe reason is that your smartphone is locked with your previous operator, shop where you bough smartphone?

Are you saying that you factory reset your phone but the MyXperiaTheftProtection kicked in and it's requesting your Google account and since the great firewall of China blocks Google services you can't access it, your google account; if so, there's nothing anyone can suggest here.
