My m4 aqua was not charging.. There was some problem with my charging socket therefore, I gave my phone for repair.. I got my phone yesterday, but it was not having any Google service(no Google search engine,no play store no Gmail)which doesn't allow me to download any basic apps also. I talked to the customer care and checked if my app is not disabled in settings but it was not there at all. I did factory reset nothing happened.. Finally I connected my phone to laptop and with the help of Sony companion I did software repair. Still no output... What to do.. Frustrated now

The first relax, second maybe you mean Sony XA, coz Sony AX model how i know does not exist, third how i understand after repair of your smartphone you can't log in into Google account from smartphone, but you can with your computer? Did you tried another time repair, sometime when i repaired my some Sony models i got similar problems like missing some features and ect., so i trying another time to repair and everything is ok then. By the way your smartphone is locked by operator or i did not understood you right? You writing with many many incomprehensible minds... Hard to understand what you want to say even when you doing and grammar, words mistakes (i'm not good in english too, but trying to do less mistakes, even grammar, as i can, coz hard to understand others what i want to say)
Hi again!
The software checks if the Wi-Fi connection has internet connectivity by contacting Google servers. If they can't be reached, the exclamation mark appears. In situations like this, you need to turn off Wi-Fi and manually switch to mobile data if you want to use the internet.
There may also be cases where the exclamation mark appears, despite the fact that there is access to a Wi-Fi connection. If you, for example, are in China where access to Google is blocked, you will see the exclamation mark when connected to Wi-Fi, even though the connection is working.
Since this is very market specific and in certain markets it works a bit different from the usual markets, since they have blocked access to Google and so forth I would recommend that you get in contact with the Local support team in China and they will be able to answer your questions.
I'm sorry I weren't able to help you with your question.
