I was unaware that this was strictly a Sony user forum. As such, I have decided to attempt to contact Sony via another route and have removed this forum entry.

This is a user based forum, you have to contact your Local support, instead of email why don't you call them?

You have the right to speak your mind but I don't think it's a wise approach to threat them, just my perspective.

Fair enough, I am marking this as solved for the time being and will attempt to call them.
Anytime, make sure to contact Amazon as well, keep us updated.
did you have any luck in contactng SONY on this? I can't believe they even had the gall to release this phone as a smartphone
