You have 2 options, either root the phone or flash your phone with either flashtool or xperiafirm

Hi,
You could always check if it's possible to disable these applications via Settings > Apps > Swipe to the tab "All" > Tap the app > Disable. If you are unable to disable them, it's unfortunately nothing you can do as standard to hide/remove them.

Maybe there will be a software update which removes all unnecessary pre-installed software and gives us the memory back we payed for.

My M4 is directly from Sony, and I also have the Vodafone Apps.

If you have a network's pre-loaded apps then it is locked to that carrier, you can check on service menu if its locked to a carrier or not

If you go to the particular app (in my case Google Chrome) and go to the top right corner of your screen there are three dots. Click on these and goto Settings and change the Homepage to what you want - then save and you should then find you to removed the nasty little Vodafone trap FOREVER !!!!!
