Settings was not opening

When I'm open my settings it's shows that "unfortunately settings stopped" what can I do now, I want to open settings menu

Can you try rebooting your phone into safe mode and see if you can open Settings?

To get the option to reboot into safe mode you need to tap and hold your finger on the "Power off" option. So, first press and hold the power key on your device until the menu with the option to power off appears on the screen. Then tap and hold your finger on "Power off" for a few seconds and a new menu will appear, asking if you want to reboot into safe mode. Once it is in safe mode, see if you can open the Settings menu.

Yaa I tried my times bro, but the reboot option not appear on my screen, my colic said that it was software problem, so u have to update the software", now can I do that or not?

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get it into safe mode.

Another way to get your device to boot into safe mode is by turning it off like you normally would. Then start it while pressing down the volume down key and keep it pressed down until you reach the home screen.

You can check for updates by connecting your phone to Xperia Companion. If any update is available it will ask you if you wish to update.
