I am very worried and disappointed with the technical service of Spain. I sent my M4 for the first time a month ago because I had problems on the screen. When I came back from the technical service and started it, I had audio problems. I sent it back and I just received it with the same audio problems. The same! I do not understand why they do not check that all is well before sending the terminal. I've been mobile for a month and it's still broken. What do they do in the technical service? They are leaving Sony in very bad place. What else can I do? Thank you.
