I recently tried to update my xperia M5 device to marshmallow through pc companion, the update was downloaded but when I connected my device through the cable then a messge appeared on the screen of my device which read that ''Unfortunately, update service has stopped''. Hence, I just couldn't update my device.

I can download the update but when it's going to install it's reboot the phone., and after I get a massage that sa, it failed try again. Even in safe mode it natural working. I did it from my phone. Not from PC.
