VOLTE?

Does the XA support VOLTE? The whitepaper on Sony Mobile's site states that the device does. But I am on T-Mobile US network and calls drop to UMTS/HSPA(3G). Sony support says the device does support VOLTE and I need to talk to carrier. Carrier says if the device supports VOLTE it should work. Nobody is giving good support. Does anyone know?

I'm from India, l use xperia xa ultra dual phone with reliance jio sim but it doesn't support voLte feature. Even my friends Samsung galaxy j2 (2015model)support voLte on jio sim. It is really shame that xa ultra doesn't support voLte as it is released late 2016. If Samsung provides this support through software update for their low end phone of 2015 model, why can't Sony? This is really frustrating that phone like xa ultra doesn't support voLte. Please Sony enable voLte with the next Android 7.0 nougat update. Please don't dissappoint true Sony xperia fans in lndia
