VOLTE?

Does the XA support VOLTE? The whitepaper on Sony Mobile's site states that the device does. But I am on T-Mobile US network and calls drop to UMTS/HSPA(3G). Sony support says the device does support VOLTE and I need to talk to carrier. Carrier says if the device supports VOLTE it should work. Nobody is giving good support. Does anyone know?

We had spend almost 30k for your SONY XPERIA XA ULTRA DUAL PHONE,(Purchased from India)..

BUT IT IS VERY SHAME TO HEAR THAT,YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING VoLTE support for this coastly phone!!!!!!! for JIO Connection in India.

EVEN FOR  Rs:6900/- RUPEES BASIC SMART PHONE IS GIVING VoLTE facility..Its shame for SONY...

Sony Xperaia XA Ultra dual is Coming with Mediatek -MT6755 Helio P10. This supports VoLTE moreover give us an oppurtunity to Upgrate its android software to Enable VoLTE...

Please do the needfull.SONY is now our trusted brand,We would like to continue it.

There is volte provision flag in my xa ultra f3216 but no enable 4G volte option. Nor I can make direct voice calls. 

Please update software or provide me any system setting to get Volte enable in my device. 

I want it anyhow even if I need to get my device rooted too.

You can enable volte on your xperia xa dual.but you need to root your device.

And still the parrot alike Sony India support agents are sticking to their illogical statement- "the hardware of xperia xa is not compatible to work with VoLTE". SHAME on Sony, SHAME on Sony India support agents. POOR MARKET POLICY

Very expected the volte feature volte   is not enabled  in nougat. Sad and disappointed.
