Tutorial mode

I went for a walk last night and pull phone out of pocket and must of set off some tutorial mode or something .

Anyway its completely messed up the phone and im struggling to use it effectively .

How do i get out of it ??

I think you are talking about demo mode @wertyu2007. To get out from demo mode, dial *#*#73556673#*#*.

easier said than done as it hards to operate keys .

Could you check if you have the TalkBack function activated? This can be turned off via Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > Turn it off.

To be able to scroll in the menus, you need to use finger. And to enter a menu/program you need to tap once to mark, then double tap to enter the marked choice.

when i go into setting i get

i just got to setting but could not scroll down 

i forgot i turned sound down whenever i select anything a women voice speaks telling you what you have selected

You definitely have the TalkBack function activated and also the Simple home activated.

When you are at Settings > press "Exit Simple Home" and you should be asked to turn off Simple home. When this is done, you can follow the steps in my previous post and the phone should be back to normal.

Note that, since you have TalkBack activated you still need to tap once to mark, then double tap to enter the marked choice even when exiting Simple home.
