Finnish Sony service was not helpfull at all, since they replied me to send the device to sony care to be repaired
However I found a workaround while SONY HOPEFULLY fixes the issue.. After installing the andoid wear app, go to wifi settings (and maybe even further by touching the three dots upper right corner". There should be a text with blue underlining (cant remember what it was, since the text isnt visible anymore)... touch it and then deselect both from the appearing window (they had something about wifi/bluetoot search/positioning.. cant remember).. Wifi should work now.

For anyone else having the issue, use the search function in settings to find the Scanning menu. This is a part of the location section of setings, then turn off Wi-Fi Scanning and Bluetooth Scanning.
This is what Pikku-Y has just said, but in more detail.
